We differentiate two types and information to carry out our data retention and cancellation policy: (1) accounting and tax information, and (2) the user's commercial relationship with EURODYL.<\/span>
The accounting and tax information that may be derived from the relationship between EURODYL and the user will be kept for 6 years to comply with tax regulations.<\/span>
The rest of the user's information, that related to the activity with EURODYL and its web portal, will be kept and processed indefinitely, until the user requests its cancellation or expresses their opposition to the processing of data for such purposes, in which case, the Data will be blocked and kept for 3 years for the purpose of demonstrating EURODYL's compliance with its obligations regarding data protection regulations, the information society and advertising.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
