To manage user registration, including sign-in via a Google account, and the purchase and sale of products on the www.eurodyl.eu website. The main data processing activities we carry out involve the administration and management of the website’s online sales service, including the administrative and commercial tasks necessary for the preparation, payment and delivery of products, as well as any pre-sales and after-sales services that may be required. To this end, we process your first name, surname, delivery and billing addresses, email address, telephone number, tax identification number (NIF) if an invoice is requested, and order history.

We also manage the registration and ongoing relationship with business accounts (shops, centres and distributors), for which we process the business’s identification and tax details, as well as the contact details of the person representing it.

We treat the data to comply with the legal obligations established in Spanish legislation, for example, the preparation of our accounting and taxes.

We use this information to contact and communicate with our users in order to respond to enquiries they have submitted via the form, by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

We send information about our products, news and promotions by email to users who give their consent by ticking the subscription box. Each email includes a link to unsubscribe.

With the user’s consent as set out in the cookies notice, we track website usage via Google Analytics and measure the effectiveness of our advertising via the Meta pixel. Further details can be found in the Cookies Policy.

We contact professionals and businesses to introduce them to our products. The data we use for this purpose (business name, contact person, telephone number, email address, website, address and professional social media profiles) is sourced from publicly available sources, such as the businesses’ own websites, professional directories and professional social media profiles.

On our website, we display customer reviews published on Google, using the reviewer’s public name and the text exactly as they appear in the original source.

Reviews will be displayed for as long as they remain published on their original site. Data obtained via cookies will be retained as set out in the Cookie Policy.

data communication

EURODYL does not sell users’ data. It only shares it with those who need it to provide the service or when required by law: the courier company (DHL Parcel), payment providers (the bank or the card payment gateway and, if the user chooses this method, PayPal, which processes the data as a data controller in accordance with its own policy; EURODYL does not store card details), the website hosting and maintenance provider, the email delivery platform, Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and access via a Google account), Meta (Meta pixel and WhatsApp), Trustindex (to display reviews), the accountancy firm and advisers, and the Tax Authorities, courts and other authorities where required by law. Providers who process data on behalf of EURODYL do so under a data processing agreement and act solely in accordance with its instructions.

Some providers, such as Google or Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In such cases, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield, where the provider is a signatory, or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Legitimation

The legal basis for the management of accounts, orders, payments, deliveries and business accounts is the performance of the contract between the user and EURODYL or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. The legal basis for accounting and invoicing is compliance with legal obligations. The legal basis for sending marketing communications and for analytics and advertising cookies is the user’s consent. The legal basis for responding to enquiries, contacting professionals and businesses, and displaying reviews is EURODYL’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and, for professionals’ contact details, Article 19 of the LOPDGDD).

EURODYL does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning the user or significantly affects them.
