The main data processing that we carry out is the administration and management of the online sales service of the portal, also carrying out the necessary administrative and commercial tasks to guarantee the preparation, collection and delivery of the products and/or services, as well as the service pre-sale and post-sale that may be necessary.
Compliance with legal obligations
We treat the data to comply with the legal obligations established in Spanish legislation, for example, the preparation of our accounting and taxes.
Communicate with our users and carry out commercial actions
We use the information to contact and communicate with our users in order to respond to their inquiries and communications.

Data retention criteria
We differentiate two types and information to carry out our data retention and cancellation policy: (1) accounting and tax information, and (2) the user's commercial relationship with EURODYL.
The accounting and tax information that may be derived from the relationship between EURODYL and the user will be kept for 6 years to comply with tax regulations.
The rest of the user's information, that related to the activity with EURODYL and its web portal, will be kept and processed indefinitely, until the user requests its cancellation or expresses their opposition to the processing of data for such purposes, in which case, the Data will be blocked and kept for 3 years for the purpose of demonstrating EURODYL's compliance with its obligations regarding data protection regulations, the information society and advertising.

The legal basis for the processing related to the provision of the service is the execution of the contract between the user and EURODYL. The legal basis for the rest of the data processing, such as commercial prospecting and the creation of user profiles, is the consent that is requested from the user at the time of registration.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to meet your request, by the provider, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.
