Shipping in all online orders is delivered in 2-3 working days to the entire Iberian Peninsula. The cost varies depending on your location and shipping is free for purchases over €60. Currently we are not making shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla in online orders. If you need a special shipment you can call the contact telephone number and we will attend to your request.
To make the payment process easier for you, we implement the following payment methods.

Normally shipments within the peninsula take between 2 and 3 working days, but could take up to 5 days.
Our store is hosted on a Server physically installed in a Data Center that has all the technical and security support for electronic payment gateways using secure encryption through SSL Certificate. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email notification confirming that the order has been processed successfully. We will then take immediate action to prepare and dispatch your order. You will receive a second email confirming that your order has been completed once we have dispatched the product to the delivery address.
You will receive the invoice as a PDF attachment in the email notifying you that your «Order is Complete»
For food safety reasons, we do not accept product returns. As these are nutritional supplements, once an order has left our premises, we cannot guarantee that proper storage conditions have been maintained. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even if the packaging has not been opened.
Our commitment is to offer products of the highest quality. All shipments are carefully prepared under strict quality controls. In the event that you receive a product in poor condition or an error has occurred in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to help you resolve it as soon as possible.
